Refund Policy
Eligibility
Refunds, returns, and exchanges are applicable only in case of a defective or incorrect product received from The US Jacket. Requests must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
Used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Initiating a Return

Please provide your order number and the reason for your request.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide return instructions if your request is approved.
Return Method
Returns are accepted by mail only.
Return Shipping
If the item received is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by The US Jacket.
For size issues, incorrect size selection, or change-of-mind requests, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Packaging
Whenever possible, please return the item in its original packaging to help ensure it arrives safely and in acceptable condition.
Refunds
Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in certain cases where returned items show minor signs of use but remain in acceptable condition.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Final sale items
- Promotional or discounted items
- Gift cards

Shipping Availability
Currently, The US Jacket only ships within the United States (USA). We do not offer international or worldwide shipping at this time.
